Bottle: Pours a beige color with thick legs. The nose is moderately acidic with some strong koji and earthy rice notes, light alcohol and some sweet umami. The flavor is earthy and strong with alcohol, high acidity and a fusel finish. A little harsh, well suited for hot but in a pinch, this might even pass for chilled. Not bad.

its your common, substandard sake, the kind you get at your Japanese stake house. Ricey, high alcohol flavor and not much else.

The aroma is alcohol mostly with rice. The appearance is clear. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. There is not character here.
