Muffig hefiger Antrunk, leicht getreidig. Süßlich, die Hefigkeit wirkt weiterhin nicht frisch, trocken, kaum fruchtig. Hell erdig. 9/7/7/8/13/7

(bottle) Hazy, orange to light-amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet, moderately wheaty aroma with a milky/lactic touch, accompanied by light notes of peach and cloves. Light-sweet flavour with a light and tart bitterness, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with notes of barley and a light fruit-character; light-sweet and slightly tart finish with shy grainy accents and traces of cloves. Boring Weizen (09.IV.09).

Bügelverschlußflasche von Stefan!: Hazy, deep golden, big fluffy - almost off-white - head; fruity phenolic-yeasty nose; pretty light bodied for a bber of 5.3% ABV, light to modertate sourish-sweetish flavour; traces of vegetables in the light sourish grainy finish. Disappointing.......

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy dark yellow colour with a brown-ish touch, large and creamy white head. Aroma of banana with some wheat. Full-bodied, malty, wheaty and yeasty with hints of banana and good spicy hops, especially in the finish. A Hefeweizen full of fruity and spicy flavours.

Bottled. Aroma is sweet banana with faint hops in the back. Cloudy, dark yellow color, white head, good lace. Light sweet, strong banana flavor, medium bitter to bitter in the finish, medium to full body. Vey well balanced, technically very much ok. I rated this one to the style because it’s so nice.
