Unclear light medium orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, chlorine notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20091022]

On tap at Esbjerg Beerfestival. A hazy, golden-orange beer with a small, white head. Hop-driven nose with pale malts giving a bready touch. Citrusy, resiny flavor with grains. Bitter, citrusy finish. Medium body, quite dry. A refreshing and easy drinkable beer, nothing more. And that was of course the intention of the brewers. Still, I would like some more punch in all directions. 091022

EsBF09. Nice chalky aroma. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small stable creamy white head. Refreshing hoppiness, mildly floral with a slightly rough, but clean bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, low carbonation, quite nice.

It’s hazy, warm golden with a creamy, lasting head. The aroma is fruity but the most dominant is the notes of citrus. The flavor is mild with notes of fruit and citrus, and it’s very easy to drink.

On tap. Pours a hazy golden with an off-white head. Sweetish malty nose. Medium body with sweet malts and some bonbonish fruit accents. Fairly hoppy finish. Strangely the Centennial hops don’t really come out in the nose. 221009
