Werry nice sour ale.
The aroma is sour’ish, with notes of malt, vinegar, berries, yeast and dried fruit.
The taste is also sour’ish with notes of vinegar, berries, yeast, dried fruits and malt.
A fairly complex beer, but still highly drinkable I LOVE it.

(Bottle) Pours a clear amber body with a small cream head. Aroma of mustiness, yeast, cranberries, caramel, light chocolate, and raisins. Flavor of yeast, raisins, cranberries, caramel, dry roasted peanuts, chocolate, and brown sugar.

The beer pours a brown-orange color with a large tan head. The aroma is somewhat odd, as I have come to expect from the Kolding sours I have tried. I get some toffee and chocolate notes, as well as some nuttyness and some dark fruit - cherries and cranberries. There is also a strong Pepsi aroma to the beer but I have no idea where that is coming from.
The flavor is more of the same. I get some tart cranberry notes as well as some chocolate and dry cocoa powder. The nuttyness from the aroma is also present in the flavor. The tartness is not that strong yet, probably because the beer is this year’s vintage.
Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Unclear dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, dried fruit, yeasty and light sour - vinegar. Flavor is medium sweet, light sour and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 030911

Bottle. Hazy dark amber with small tan head. Flavour is malt, yeast, vinegar, fruit, dried fruit, cranberry, brett, caramel and sweet/sour.
