COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our 2008 Easter beer.

A classic Saison with a ruby red colour and a big, lively head.

A thick chewy malty presence, bordering on the fruity with a good dose of spice. Lots of ginger, thyme, nutmeg, elder flowers and heather.

Unconventionally hopped with Cascade hops for even more fruitiness.

Brewed on a recipe from René.

Bottled, RBESG 2008. Hazy deep golden colour with weak head. The aroma and taste is pretty ovespiced. It’s vaguely malty with all sorts of spices, it tastes of fennel and aniseeds. Stupid beer.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet and very spicy - especially black peber, lavender, and pebermint. The flavor is sweet and very spicy, especially lavender, but also notes of soap, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is thin.

(Bottle) Pours amber brown. The aroma is malty and light hoppy with tones of pine, spices and oregano. The flavour is of oregano, pine and citrus. The mouthfeel is soft and light tart. Medium bodied.

Bottled @ RBESG Grand Tasting 2008. Dark amber coloured with a small head. Quite herbal, with notes of honey and also a bit fruity. A bit too sweet.

Thanks thewolf! Dark amber color, small off-white head. Herbal aroma (oregano!). Flavor has honey, herbs (thyme, oregano). Sweetish and very weird.

Bottle at RBESG Grand Tasting 2008. Hazy brown/gold with thin beigehead. Lots of thyme, rosemary, herbs. Pretty disgusting to be honest. Like licking a herb garden.
