COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Hvert år laver vi en syrlig øl til Øllets Dag. I år i to versioner!

A Mes rate. Bottle at The Cad’s Pure Mad Rocket Mon The Beezer Tasting.
Bright pink / candy apple red with no head. Looks excellent. Superb fruity aroma. Big cherries and other fruit. It’s like a whole pack of Jolly Ranchers. Wow. Equally mental in the mouth. Almost Selection Lambic tartness. Stunning fruit. Sweet as fuck but completely bowled over by the epic tartness. My god this is excellent. Tom is once again rushing me like mad and all I want to do is enjoy this little beauty. Absolutely brilliant.

Aroma is cherries, white grapes and wild yeast. Pink as they come. Wow. Small amount of acid levels but so amazingly disguised, STUNNING drinkability, fizzy cola and intense carbonation, killer cherry cola finish. Please make a non alcoholic version of this and call it cherry soda. Amazing. I am speechless.

Bottle thanks to the Wolf. Pours a brilliant sparkling pinkish red with the smallish of white heads. Vanishes almost as quickly as it appears. Brilliant looking beer. Aromas of sour cherries, vinegar, almonds and a hint of sweet fruit. Wonderful nose. Flavours are very tart with tongue tingling acidity. Wonderful beer. Thanks Rene.

Bottle at The Cad’s Pure Mad Rocket Mon The Beezer Tasting. Pours a cloudy, ultra-violet pink with light bubbles. Sweaty, tart aroma with cherries. Quite sour flavor without lip-puckering intensity, some fruits and light sweetness. Light bodied with tingly, average carbonation. Short, crisp and clean sour finish. Might leave some tongue blisters, actually. Some mild notes of cheese and socks. Overall damn good.

Bottle … This beer rocks!… Murky rose-colored ale with no head. The aromatic highlights are vanilla and funky fruit notes with just a touch of off-putting rubber. Full-bodied with a whole-milk mouthfeel and feather-soft carbonation. The flavor is quite puckering, bready and fruity – sour cherries. Super tart finish. Some autolysis; otherwise, fantastic! Bottle courtesy of Maltzilla!
