COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Recipe by Claus.

Danish: Originally intended as a Mild, the yeast we had to use was dead. Instead a bit of added sugar and belgian yeast make this one of the rare: Belgian session beers (with chocolate maltiness) :o)

Bottled. A murky amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is acidic with notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of burnt plastic malt, leading to a dry acidic finish. Not good. Thanks yespr for sharing.
