Commercial Description: Zoigl brewed with 100% malt, but top-fermented in stead of bottom fermented, so that the Zoigl has some weizenbier characteristics.
On tap: Solid fruity (bananas) nose, quite stable white head; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; light to medium sweet-sourish finish with a fruity touch. Pleasant rural Weizen............
Yoghurt and a touch of flowery hops in the aroma. Banana, citrus and flowers in the flavor. Again a very fruity Schoilmichl beer. And again very well balanced.
