Zoigl is a hazy gold, with a thick lasting white head. Fruity aroma. Has an excellent granular palate with a sublime balance and hop profile. Cake flavors with a nice yeast character.

Hell herber Antrunk, so gut wie gar nicht würzig. Hell bleibend, das Bier wird getreidiger und offenbahrt eine hopfige Note, die allerdings sehr schwach ist und keine Möglichkeit hat, das Bier zu lenken. Mild, vorwiegend hefig-herb. 12/8/9/8//8

Hazy tan-yellow. Thick head. The aroma shows a lot of rusticity - yeast, etc. Soft body, low carbonation. Minerally body with hop dryness and a fair bit of yeastiness. Light malts. Slightly juicy acidity in the finish with more farmhouse.
