COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our brewers wanted to make a beer that went down easy after a day out on the water. Big Wave Golden Ale is just the ticket. Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavor – a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and our special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish. 10.3°

Malts: Pale (Premium 2-Row), Caramel
Hops: Galaxy, Citra

Bottle dated November 4 13 bottling date. pour is a light golden color wit a ring of white head on the glass. Aroma has a nice little hop pop, citrus touches, mild sweetness, and malt. Mouth feel is on the lighter side and the carbonation is a bit low. Flavor again has a nice hop profile, light citrus, and a solid finish.

pours clear gold with a smallish white head. aroma is floral with a hint of citrus. Tastes clean and refreshing with a little hoppiness on the finish, but not bitter. I would definitely drink this again.

Mieto tuoksu.

Sample from bottle at Vectura-messe. Golden colour. Orange-like aroma. Citrussy flavour, light bodied. easy to drink.

Pours a light gold with a gray white head that disappears. Aroma was interesting at first (unique) but wound up being bad: wet hay, herbal hops, barnyard (bad), rotten eggs, and urine. Taste is almost balanced but there is a foot odor funk. I’m not typing any more. This may be the worst beer I have ever had.

Bottle. Pour is golden as expected with white head. Aroma of citrus (grapefruit) and tropical fruits with grain undertones. Taste is grainier than the fruity aroma but has a hint of bitterness. Great session beer. Body is very light/drinkable but full flavored.

Poured a mostly clear golden yellow with decent white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is a slightly floral hop combo. Taste is a light bodied honey, bread and light caramel character. Thinner mouthfeel. An easy drinker, sample in the winter, but this beer would be great during hot summer days and a good one to introduce to craft beer newbies.

12 ounce bottle, slight hops aroma, good hops initial taste, sweet but not cloying. good beer
