COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our brewers wanted to make a beer that went down easy after a day out on the water. Big Wave Golden Ale is just the ticket. Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavor – a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and our special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish. 10.3°

Malts: Pale (Premium 2-Row), Caramel
Hops: Galaxy, Citra

Poured a mostly clear golden yellow with decent white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is a slightly floral hop combo. Taste is a light bodied honey, bread and light caramel character. Thinner mouthfeel. An easy drinker, sample in the winter, but this beer would be great during hot summer days and a good one to introduce to craft beer newbies.

22 oz bottle from Maui. Nose is sweet with hop and smooth feel. Light carbonation. Hop bite is there but weak light drink overall. Ok for hot days but average really. ---Rated via my mouth

Bottle. A bit too hoppy for me. I was overwhelmed by the hops and I’m an IPA fan. In the mixer.

Draft. A simple and sweet golden ale with notes of passion fruit, honey / sugar syrup / agave and minerals. Light body, low bitterness, low acidity, flabby and watery texture with saccharine and rice cake and mild DMS concrete mix in the finish.

What we have here is an easy drinker with a a cleaner finish, a powered up golden farina and deep cracker barley malt with hoppy tangerine and grape roll of hop that reminds you in the burp in case you didnt get it. so what keeps it from being a great session? answer; nothin! best 4.% whatever i ever had.
