3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Kona pub, Oahu. Amber with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus and kind of floral with a bit of caramel in the background. The flavor is bitter up front with the caramel malt coming in and sweetening it up. Medium body with average carbonation and a sweetish finish. The way the server described this I was hoping for a bit more hop character but still a nice beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
on draft at the Kona location on Oahu. The waiter said it was a seasonal, but he may have just meant non-regular offering. A bright amber color with a white-ish soapy head. The aroma is the cascade hops used to dry-hop this quite tasty beer. My brother and I eat had a couple glasses of this over two days. The flavors are also bright with the cascade hops, but also very well balanced by the caramel malts that provide the nice color.
