COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

A good session pale ale. The pour is a light orangey golden body with a thick, foamy off white head that leaves frothy lacing. The nose has a nice moderate hop with good citrus hops and a mild grainy malt. The middle is sweet and blandly malted overall with a solid hop finish. A nice lemon citrus taste overall. This is a good session pale ale.

12oz bottle. Rating #758. Clear dark amber/copper color with a white head. Nice hop aroma, piney with a touch of soap. Moderate bitterness, sweet with a nice compliment of citrus, light grapefruit and a mild aftertaste. Pretty tasty. (2114)

Aroma - floral, faint citrus; Appearance - copper, very fluffy head, excellent lacing; Taste - mild malt front, hop profile mixes in throughout the back, dry finish with a slight hop tang; Palate - smooth for the style, average body; Overall - easy drinking, well built though nothing spectacular.
