COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Pours clear light amber. Moderate white frothy head. Stays as a thick lace sticking on glassware. Fruity small of nectar, melon, traces of tropical fruit. Light to medium body. Oily. The flavour starts malty with feel of nectar. Later a bit hollow in the middle. The ending strikes with remarkable piny & citric bitterness wich lingers on through aftertaste. Not that fresh anymore. Pleasant nevertheless.

Bottle from Whole Foods Cheltenham. They must have forgotten the hops in my bottle. Disappointing. Expected more after trying the Big Wave, which was fantastic. Maybe mine was duff? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
