COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Draft at Momos. Clear copper pour with a foamy white head. Faint grassy and floral hop aroma with crystal malt. Flavor is similar and subdued. Easy and non offensive beer.

Tap - fair size foamy head, light copper color, earhty hop aroma and flavor, not a ton a of hops but fair amount, mild malt backbone - decent pale ale I guess, but nothing special

The aroma of this beer is subtly hinting toward resin and citrus hops, and the appearance is a hazy orange with a small white head that dissipates to a persistent ring. The taste is mildly bitter and slightly sweet, and the mouthfeel combines a stick texture, medium body, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish.

On draft near Casey key. A decent macro pale honestly, some mild pine resin like notes, and a slight grapefruit finish. Easily redrinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A very tasty pale ale out of loan brewing. Had a nice fruity taste and goes down smooth. You can drink a lot of these. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Light amber clear color. Average head. Light malt taste on palate. Overall a light, malty flavor. Little to no aroma.

I found this to be quite enjoyable. A good balance of fruity sweetness & hops that finishes well. The Kona brews I’ve tried seemed crafted to be subtle in comparison to some others of the same types - whether this is intentional or not I consider this to be a good thing.
