COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Bottle from supermarket Ipercoop. Clear pale amber with small white head. Crispy herbal aroma. Tastes fruity( apples?) and sweet malt. Dry and bitter final. Thin bodied and smooth.

Tap in LA . Light orange in pint glass. Limited aroma and lacing. Not very hoppy. Some sugar, finished sweet with just a bit of dryness at the end. Not enough flavor overall. But not a lot of choices at this joint and it’s kinda close to Hawaii, at least as close as I’m going to get soon.

Smell of tropical fruit / lemon, taste is too sweet, kind of caramel, litlle hops aroma. Easy to drink but not very good.

Bottle at Balham Bowls Club. Pours an orange gold with a white head. Aroma is fairly light with a little caramel. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. A little caramel, a little orange and a fairly big metallic tang on the finish. Poor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle poured a copper color, pretty clear, small head. Aroma and taste had noticeable floral and citrus notes with some roasted nut in the taste as well. Body was on the lighter side. Pretty refreshing beer, nothing special. I’d drink it again, but don’t think I’d find myself seeking it out.

Pours gold with a hint of red, 1 finger head. Head disappears fairly quickly, but never completely. Aroma - mix of resin and citrus on nose, malt underneath. Taste - lots of citrus initially with resin underneath, slightly malty sweet and clean finish. Lightly oily on palate. Like this quite a bit.

Pours in clear bronze body with low white head, visible carbonation. Aroma is floral, fruity, a lot of citrus with some honey background, little bit of yeasty character. Taste is low citrus sweetness with higher floral bitterness, pretty complex. Body is full, medium carbonation, oily texture.

Copper color. Light hoppy fruity aroma. Same for the flavor, maybe a note of carmel in there. Easy citrusy pale ale
