Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Smells of cascade hops. Pours a mean copper color. Taste is slighty malty but mostly hops; citrusy hops. Palate is medium bodied but pretty thick for a pale. Thank you America. Overall this is a great American pale ale. Highly suggested.

Moderate foam. Aroma is lemon and fresh grass. It is a pale ale, so the expectation of rapid onset of hop flavor fails not. The hops have fine notes of peach and apricot and other undefinable exotic fruits. The finish is medium dry and it is a pale ale that is very well-brewed, type real and tasty. No big surprise, but a pale ale which keeps average.

Copenhagen 15/11 2015. 35,5 cl bottle from Netto. Very graphic label with lava from volcano running into the ocean. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam with some lacing. Aroma of exotic fruit and citrus fruit. Nice hoppy bitterness. Soft carbonation and oily palate. Taste is fairly bitter. Dominated by citrus fruit with only a little fruity sweetness for balance. Bitter aftertaste with semi dry finish. Decent hoppy pale ale.

Good beer from the islands, have to say it turned out better than i thought. A nice amber body with a thin tan tinged cap, decent hop aroma that didnt carry over in the taste, but it did have a small hint of citrus. a little sweet but still a decent APA,
