COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Smells of cascade hops. Pours a mean copper color. Taste is slighty malty but mostly hops; citrusy hops. Palate is medium bodied but pretty thick for a pale. Thank you America. Overall this is a great American pale ale. Highly suggested.

bottle @ Fresh Thyme / Newport KY --- Clear medium amber color, white head, lace cobwebs. Taste is sweet malt that adds fizz and mild hops on the swallow, moving from there to a long finish that features both sweet and bitter. Nothing special, but well done, and satisfying.
