Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

12oz bottle on 13-Nov-2015, poured into a long stemmed tulip glass. Golden amber colour with a small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and pine. Light and refreshing, softly carbonated - didn’t really feel like a 6% beer. Taste of citrus, tropical fruits, biscuit malt and caramel. Nice snd refeshing.

Ambrata chiara, leggermente velata. Profumo fruttato, albicocca, floreale, leggero caramello. Poco frizzante, bel sapore maltato dolce, amaro finale sui toni agrumati non forte, invero. In generale piů dolce che amara, ma tutto sommato equilibrata.

Moderate foam. Aroma is lemon and fresh grass. It is a pale ale, so the expectation of rapid onset of hop flavor fails not. The hops have fine notes of peach and apricot and other undefinable exotic fruits. The finish is medium dry and it is a pale ale that is very well-brewed, type real and tasty. No big surprise, but a pale ale which keeps average.

Copenhagen 15/11 2015. 35,5 cl bottle from Netto. Very graphic label with lava from volcano running into the ocean. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam with some lacing. Aroma of exotic fruit and citrus fruit. Nice hoppy bitterness. Soft carbonation and oily palate. Taste is fairly bitter. Dominated by citrus fruit with only a little fruity sweetness for balance. Bitter aftertaste with semi dry finish. Decent hoppy pale ale.

Good beer from the islands, have to say it turned out better than i thought. A nice amber body with a thin tan tinged cap, decent hop aroma that didnt carry over in the taste, but it did have a small hint of citrus. a little sweet but still a decent APA,

Pours amber with a small whiteh head. Fruity malt on the nose, with hints of ripe banana. Smooth, thin palate. Not much aroma; some light caramel malts and resin hops. Light bitterness, some sweetness.
