COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Poured 12oz bottle into snifter an amber colored pale ale. Not much head. Aroma is biscuity / malty. Medium carb. Taste is a hint of caramel and malt but then some hops on the back end with bitter finish. Seems more like an amber / Scottish than an APA but I still dig it.

Bevuta con una splendida sfoglia ripiena mi ha decisamente dissetato e beato, nulla di trascendentale ma ci può stare...

Bottle from the House of Trembling Madness, York. Pors amber with a fading off whote head. Mild fruity aroma. The taste has a pleasant sweet tropical fruit edge with some light peppery spice. Nice enough, but nothing special.

I’m at the Burger Barge in East Peoria. My other options are miller and bud products. This tastes like gourmet gasoline.

Bottle bougth in vinmonopolet. Fresh golden colour, Thin white bubbely head and small carbonation. Taste just as fresh as it looks. With aroma of wit, floral, citrus and mango. Good taste of summer. Nice

From a bottle at local Smith’s. Pours a smoky amber with quickly dissipating white head and minimal carbonation. Smoky caramel and bread taste malt, could easily pass for a Marzen. Minimal hops bitterness. Light body, 6.0% abv, yet full flavor makes this one a nice alternative to the regular fare. Very nice!

I will start by saying I am biased to pale ales. This specific pale ale is amber/auburn colored and it pours out completely smooth with minimal carbonation. It has that nice crisp hop based flavor that most good pale ales have but not that overly bitter flavor that double IPAs tend to have. Great local Hawaiian beer offering! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
