2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not much in the way of aroma, but it wasnít horrible. Classic pale lager flavors but a bit more hop finish than the average watered down macro. Not Horrible.

This another Kona beer enjoyed in Kauai, Hawaii. This was enjoyed by the bottle and on tap. The fire Rocks was mostly on Tap. This is typical Lager. Good balance with the malt and hops. Great color a little on the blonde side but head formation was very nice. The Kihauna golf course also had on tap.

Had this from the bottle at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville restaurant in Vegas (no, Iím not a Jimmy Buffet fan). Deep ygolden yellow, fleeting head. Grainy and flowery aromas, definite malty palate with very fresh floral hops. An excellent premium lager in my opinion.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
The aroma has a strong citrus element (like lemon grass) with adjunct type malt. The appearance is pale gold with a thin head. The flavor is sweet, citrusy, and bitter with a soapy quality. The palate is thin and the aftertaste is malty. Overall itís not that good but it is definitely a unique creation. Iím glad I tried it.

darkish yellow with a nice looking white head that was fluffy. aroma was not inviting, smelled like sour sugar, i donít know any way to put it besides that. taste was adjuct like. iím not sure what they put in this to make it taste like a crap lager, but they hit the nail on the head.

Bottle. Apricot and malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet light fruit (cherry/apple) and malt flavor. A very good fruity lager.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This beer was one of those beers that were an introduction to micro brewing and that there was other beer made besides the major macros. None the less this beer doesnt fall short from those typical lager brands. Boring.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From a 12 oz. twist cap bottle with a packaged on date on the neck of bottle, Aug.12.06.
Poured a clear lager golden with a rocky, foamy white head, good retention.
Aromas of sweet lager malts and a light hoppiness.
Good carbonation and a crisp, dry, smooth light-medium bodied mouthfeel.
Pleasant tasting overall, pale grainy malts with a little sweetness, a nice spiciness from the hops towards the end and a malty finish with a dry grassy, spicy hoppiness lingering in the palate.
Good quaffable drinkability, a good afternoon/sports watching beer.
