Longboard Island Lager is a smooth refreshing lager fermented and aged for weeks at cold temperatures to yield its exceptionally smooth flavor. A delicate, slightly spicy hop aroma complements the malty body of this beer.

bottle - yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma is thin and has some yeasty hints. Thin malty flavour, little bit too sweet. Moderate bitterness.

12 ounce bottle, on a recent trip to Hawaii a buddy brought some island brews for me. Served in a Sam Adams BL glass, the beer pours a slightly hazy pale straw gold color with about a half inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent. Not much to the aroma, it smells like grain and some lemon and grassy hops. Taste is similar to the aroma, but the flavors are stronger than the aroma would lead you to believe. Mouthfeel/body is light, it has good carbonation and a nice crisp finish. Drinkability is good, itís easy and enjoyable to drink. For the style, itís not a bad brew. It would definitely be good on a hot day.

Bottle pour, foamy white head, opaque golden in color, head dissipates quickly. Aromas of sweet malts and some citrus. Nice flavors of smooth malts, some brown sugar hints, nice hops bite, but not overpowering. Body was a little light/watery, finish is crisp. A good brew for a summer party. I like it, especially in the summer at a bbq.

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes at a medium pace. Lemon aromas. Light soft malt upfront turning to a crisp lemon finish. Not much to it, but it doesnít taste bad...

On tap at yard house. Poured a clear, dull gold color with a firm white head. Aroma of lemon, yeast, bread and flowers. Flavor was bready , but good for the style. Crisp and clean. Overall ok, with a nice aroma.

Pale gold. Shy nose. Sweet wth citrusy bite and a hint of minerality. Very good lager.

Pours a pale yellow with minimal head and lace. Aroma is bananas and yeast. Flavor is bitter while the palate is uninteresting. Solid light lager.

My favorite beer lately. Tried it on tap at a restaurant. Liked it so much I bought a six pack on my way home. Not too heavy not too light. Beautiful light red in color. Perfect with bar food and burgers. The brewery would be my first stop if I were ever to visit Hawaii! Iím in love!

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Has a grainy and lightly fruity aroma with a bit of earth notes, as well. Crisp body. Easy to drink lager and good for a warm evening.
