(12oz bottle at Wahoo’s Fish Taco on July 11, 2008) Drank straight from bottle, so don’t have a great guage on appearance or aroma. Taste had a bit of spice/hops to it. A light and sweet lager… it’s a bit different from most. Great for washing down fish tacos. Enjoyable in the bottle! I’d pick this over a Heineken or Stella.

Sep 3, 2008 bottle. was suprised how good it was, was expecting something like landshark. good flavor, hint of citrus, nice hoppy finish. overall a tasty lager. great for summer bbq.

Aug 25, 2008 Bottle, bottled 6/2/08. Aroma intriguing with lemon, wheat, citrus, grass. Flavor boring and dull, grainy pale malts. Not unpleasant, but nothing to write home about.

Aug 25, 2008 Bottle, bottled 6/2/08. Pours a light clear orange with a small white head. Aroma of wheat and some faint melon rind. Flavor is also quite wheaty with some cardboard and bittery hops in the finish. Kind of flavorless. Not bad for a lager though.

Aug 23, 2008 draft. pours gold with little head to speak of. aroma was hard to find, just a bit of citrus. mouthful was full and had a nice bitter hop for a lager. Pretty easy drinking.

Aug 21, 2008 Pours a deep yellow with thin white head. Mild aroma of sweet malts and citrus hops. Flavor was sweet malts, dough, grains and hop bite at the finish. I liked the balance of the smooth texture and the nice lemony hop bite at the end. A nice summer session beer. It may seem even tastier because I was drinking this on the beach at the Jersey shore while watching a bunch of surfers.
