Clear dark brown amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, chocolate. UPDATED: JUN 4, 2008 Bottled and draft. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of coffee. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of coffee, that also gives it a bitterness, combined with light notes of chocolate, for a long lasting and nice finish.
