A bottom-fermented dark beer speciality, which is manufactured in traditional Bavarian brewing procedure.

Bottle pours out the color of a cola drink topped with a ring of white head. Nose is sweet malts caramel, pitfruit, and roast. taste is as the nose with more of the caramel and heavy malts.

A dark beer, with a modest layer of foam. It has a sweet aroma like syrup. It also tastes sweet and the syrup-touch moves along with it. It has a somewhat bitter-like aftertaste, but doesn’t last long.

Brown color with huge sticky off white head. Malty aroma, almost sweet with touch of hops. Very malty, biscuity, caramel flavor. Very good balance between sweetness of the malts and hop bitterness. Medium body with fine carbonation. Great lacing. Excellent beer!

A decent dunkel with caramel and slight fruity flavours. Clear dark brown body with whitish head, that doesn’t last that long (a couple of minutes). It has a soft bittery and subtle caramel finnish. Overall a pretty good beer.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours dark amber, light brown with a small, but foamy beige head. Quite sweetish and with clear caramel, slight roasted aroma.Taste is similar, sweetish malt and syrup like caramel flavor and feel to it. Bread, nuts, tea, dark fruits and a faint metal as well. Moderate and balanced, with a bit of a bitter finish. Medium bodied, oily texture. Average carbonation, overall pleasant palate. Average Dunkel.

The head doesn’t stay :( This is absolutely not sparkling. The color is great and the fragrance is OK. The taste is pleasant ("strong" but fill the mouth).

Pours a dark brown with medium head. Smells of figs. Mild taste of brown bread, some figs, and roasted malts. Quite light for a dark beer.
