COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A bottom-fermented dark beer speciality, which is manufactured in traditional Bavarian brewing procedure.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a deep amber glare and a diminished tan head. Leaving some nice lacework on the glass. Sweet malt aroma, only mildly roasted. Flavour is sweet malt with a light acidic touch and a mild cornish note. Goes into a light bitterness in the finish mixed with a light acidic note.

A dark red beer with a beutiful head - but it lacks aroma. It has a fresh slightly prickling flavor that ends in a slight metallic aftertaste.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, orangey brown with a small, beige head. Lovely, classical aroma of roasted malt. Medium body with plenty of roasted malt, but dry and very quaffable. Far from sophisticated but top notch German quality. 171006
