It’s unclear, light golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of wet grain/wheat and wet cardboard. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of wet wheat, hints of banana and wet cardboard.

Good traditional hefe qualities in appearance, nice hazy straw color, pearl white head. Good retention. Nose is a little tepid compared to other weissbiers I’ve had. Has a very citrusy aroma with some banana. I don’t detect any clove. Taste has a malty toasted cracker component alongside some banana, but overall it’s a very "cracker" tasting beer. Ritz? Wheat Thins? Finish is rather short. Perhaps I have an old bottle.

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2015 Bottle. Raw oatmeal aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Nice big stable white head. The flavour starts off dry, then there is a good yeastiness. The finish is quite flavourful, nicely bready and weakly isotonic.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat, but also some cardboard. The flavor is thin with notes of wheat and cardboard, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Tastes typical for a non-alcohol beer, a little bit like apple, too sourish. Not really good!
