330ml bottle, courtesy of Daniel. Aroma is malt, light caramel. Appearance is dark amber with a light brown-ish head. Very nice. Has a good mouth feel. Light sour and good sweetness. Leaves a light sweet and dry after taste. Good dunkles beer.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ home.

Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dark malt, sweet leather shoe cream. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average duration, acrid acidic notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. IMO a very strange beer ! [20101021]

Bottle 33cl from Quack-duck. A clear copper beer. Smell is very strange on old cheese, I expected to have an infected beer, seems not. Aroma is grainy and sweet, notes of caramel but with an intense yeast aroma that lows a bit the whole bouquet. Finish is dry and bitter with hopy notes. To be tried again.

bottle. Clear brown colour, medium-size head. Slightly sweet, malty but quite dry and hoppy as well. Flavours of roasted malt and coffee can be detected, shyly in the background.

(33cl swing top bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and toasty malt aroma, slightly nutty with a whiff of caramel. Medium-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly toasty, malty taste, light notes of caramel; almost dry, slightly bitter and (chest-)nutty finish. Quite balanced and pleasant Dunkel.
