*Old rating. Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Best before 07.10.10. Nice dusty beer. Fresh, but still a bit mouldy. Interesting and nice. Crisp, not too sweet with a nice moderate bitter ending.

Cloudy golden colour with a white head. Malty, grainy aroma with a light fruity and grassy note. Malty, sweet flavor with a hay note.

very, very highly attenuated pilsner. Exceptionally dry, incredible pale yellow, hoppy as hell - strong hay, strong pepper, strong flowers. Small amount of unfiltered stuff. Highly bitter and yeasty beer - strong earth, hay, like rainwater-soaked grasses. Aggressive yet some subtlety, as only the freshest German lagers can be. Love this beer.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and slightly perfumed strawy malty nose with notes of grassy hops. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Pale malty, slightly yeasty taste with herbal spice, leading into a dry, moderately bitter, grassy and herbal hoppy finish. Clean and fresh brew (06.I.09).

Bottle (thanx to Stefan!): Pale golden, smaller but lacy white head; spicy herbal nose with a faint sweet pale-malty underground; moderate to solid dry bitter-sweetflavour, light bodied; crisp and dry spicy hoppy finish. Hoppy, hoppy..........

bottle. Hazy pale golden yellow, creamy and persistent white head. Hoppy nose. Very hoppy in flavour, with a light and crisp body. Solid malty base; a touch of yeast is also present. A very well-balanced unfiltered Pils, fragrant, clean and crisp.
