Sep 4, 2006 Medium-sized white frothy head. Dense with nice laces. Pale yellowish-golden body, slightly hazy.
Aroma is citrus, banana and spices. Also notes of vanilla and sweet bubblegum.
Spicy flavor with a candysugar kind of sweetness. A nice bitter finish makes this a well balanced witbier.

Sep 2, 2006 Unclear yellow/goldenwith quick disappearing white head. Aroma of yeast (wheat especielly) & fruit. Taste of spices. Medium filling to watery texture. Medium carbonation. (normally a "wit" has a more lively carbonation.) This is more like a Belgian blonde. Little sourness. Pleasant dry finish. Could use a hoppy bite though.
