The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

Pours clear with a straw hint. Frothy white head. Faint nose of fruit and yeast. Weak aroma, slight sweetness, some esters and fruit. There’s a reason why this is the "only Trappist white ale"?

0,3l Flasche. Hellgelbes, trübes Bier. Riecht leicht fruchtig. Im Geschmack würzig, fruchtig und im Abgang kommen Citrusfrüchte und Gewürze durch. Sehr erfrischend!

Appearance with pale golden color, cloudy liquid and nice foaming. Fruity and floral aroma. On the palate, the acidity and freshness are the strengths. It is a good Witbier.

PALATE: medium-light to light body, a bit on the watery/thin side. finishes not very dry and without tartness. Very effervescent and highly carbonated. no astringency. Den är ljus och lätt. Klassisk veteölssmak. Något fylligare än andra alternativ i klassen. Faktiskt rätt god under rätt förutsättningar.
