Bottle of 300 ml at home. Pours a very slighty hazy beer, colour is pale golden yellow, with a huge three finger froathy head that was quickly gone, living a half finger behind to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is quite fruity, with banana and some citrus traces.
Nice taste. There is an obvious lemon taste that bites your tongue in addition to the quite high carbonation. Leaves behind a sweet aftertaste.
On the body is thick and as I wrote before, carbonation is quite high.Leves a dryness on your tongue, making you wanting one more sip, so that counts I think for high drinkability.

330ml bottle. Cloudy yellow body, with a thick white head. White bread, citrus, nutmeg, spices/herbs, ginger and a dash of honey. Watery aftertaste with a herbal touch and some yeast. Light body, fizzy carbonation. A nice option on a hot summer day, that reminds me a bit of Hoegaarden.

Aroma banana, koriander, citrus, yeast, some malts.
Taste fresh mixture of bitters and sweets.
Mouth-feel thin.
Great white.

Bottle@isaberg with Melvin. One finger foam. Hazy urin yellow. Faint melon citrus aromas. Dry peppery citrus taste. Fine light palate. East drinkable.

It’s a nice white beer, but nothing special.
Somehow I expected more from a white beer from La Trappe.

Aroma is somewhat wheaty with peach notes and hints of coriander. Flavour has soapy citrus, wheaty notes, some peaches and spices. A bit too watery and light.

Kaatuu lasiin vaaleankullankeltaisena ja sameana, vaahto on todella iso. Haju on vahvan pippurinen, muita hajuja on yrttisyys, marjapensas, karviainen ja sitrushedelmä. Maku on yrttinen, mausteinen, banaaninen, multainen, hieman karviaismarjainen ja sitruunainen. Suutuntuma on pistelevän humaloitu. Kokonaisuutena tämä on ihan ok olut, muttei varmaan löydä tietään lasiin toista kertaa. Aiemmin päivällä maistettu Grimbergen Blanche oli selvästi parempi.

Similar to Hoegaarden in many ways, with the same kind of coriander and orange peel spicing. Has a touch of lemon sourness and a bit weaker body.

5.5% cloudy pale yellow colour with a nice head, banana and yeast aroma, banana and yeast taste, a lot less citrus than some.
