Jun 18, 2009 From a bottle into a Trappist chalice. Pours a lightly bubbly yellow, fluffy head, but doesn’t hang around for too long. Nose is sweet, slightly alcoholic, not too complicated. Real taste of grains and citrus, nice sweet aftertaste. Simple wheat beer, not as complex as I would hope for a trappist.

May 14, 2009 Very bubbily active body, huge foamy head. Quite yeasty nose, clove, low on sweetness. Lemony taste, quite spicy. Clean and refreshing palate. Nice.

I tried this beer on April 2, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Camada. The beer poured a cloudy gold with a 1" thick white head. The aroma was wheat malt, some banana, some cloves, some grain, and a hint of hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour was wheat malt, sweet malt and spices and a nice bitter finish.

Mar 27, 2009 Cloudy yellow pour with a thick white head. Aroma of wheat, bright citrus, and some honey. Crisp sweet flavor with some nice orange, and corriander notes. A very refreshing beer, one of the best of it’s style that i’ve had.
