COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

Nice white beer, some citrus tones, beautiful golden pour. Still weird to drink this in the winter!

Pours a hazy light straw with a white frothy head. Spicy aroma with touches of citrus. Very refreshing taste.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, some fruitiness, slight banana and herbs. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some bubblegum, malt and some floral notes. Medium to thin body, average carbonation.

Bottle. Golden ale with a thick bubbly top which fades to nothing. Nose is wheaty, mild banana, some light lemon zests and a little herby spice. In the mouth, theres quite a strong herby taste - like radishes. Then some more banana, a zestiness and a long light lemon finish. Quite a thirst quencher - but not the real full-bodied trappist I prefer.

Bottle from SB. It was a long time since I tasted it, but I remember that it was a pretty good wit, but nothing out of the ordinary.

330cc bottle. Very nice witbier. Probably one of my favourites in the style.

On tap. Pours a hazy straw gold with a foamy white head and lacing. It has a light aroma of biscuit and some citrus, with a similar flavor profile that leads to a crisp finish over a light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a massive white head that fades rather quickly. Kind of underwhelming floral and spicy aroma. Taste is fruity and sourish. Bit disappointing really.

330ml bottle from Cornelius. Pours clear pale gold, thick white head. Aromas of toast, light spice, lemon. Taste is more of the same, herbal bitter at the back. A little thin on the finish.

Bottle. Almost clear yellow pour with small white head that diminish fast. Very sweet aroma with blended fruits. Taste is again sweet but also nicely balanced. High carbonation.
