COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

The only witbier in the world that can carry the honorary title of ’trappist’. Tasted under the old label. Pale yellowish blonde colour, less hazy than expected, with snow white, thinnish head. Thin and somewhat superficial character, wheaty and restrainedly fruity, some spiciness but rather watery finish. Too thin to be a good witbier but thirst quenching alright.

Fruity aroma, very pale beer that looks like a lemon juice and looks little foggy, taste is rather light and not hop bitter at all, light body. Great for summer evenings and would try again.

Cloudy and opaque medium yellow body, with a huge, white, very long-lived head that laces the glass excellently. Strong, fruity and spicy aroma of citrus, lemon, flowers, spices, Belgian yeast and pale malts. Fairly strong flavour that follows the aroma. Light sweet and light bitter finish that is a bit too short and watery. Light, crisp and moderate dry on the palate. A good one.

Sophisticated, well balanced and very delicious beer. Tastes are in very good balance. Fruity, but what fruit? Apricot, grapes and red polish ida apple. Won’t let you down. From tap in Pullman, Helsinki.

Trübgelbes Bier mit kaum Schaum. Fruchtig und hefig in der Nase, am Gaumen weizig, süßlich, hefig. Recht dünn und seicht, aber gut karbonisiert.

All clean summer on the pour with a hazy marigold and lightly bubbly head. Nose is typical Trappist with strong yeast component. Highly effervescent mouthfeel with typical wit character leave this a pleasant if uninteresting summer brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
