COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

A strong wheat in the aroma and a fairly pale color. This is a pretty thin beer. It's too strong on the wheat for me. Just okay.

Bot. At first I thought it to have too much belgdy yeast in there, then I got used to tit. The yeast is not overwhelming like so many belgdies but there is enough in there to let you know what it is. Very good palate with its cutting sizzling co2. Refreshing as all heck. Nice to not have coriander or other stupid stuff in there. Well done Belgian white. The alky never raises up to pay you mind.

Fresh trappist. Very light sweet and bitter tones. Lightly sour lemon aftertaste.
