COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

In glass this beer shows a golden colour with cloudy appereance, and a nice and persistent foam head. The aroma reveals some citric and banana notes. The flavor is quite good, with a good density, preserving the characteristics of the trapists beers.

Pours a slightly hazy pale straw color. There is a generous head with solid retention covering it. The aroma is mostly wheaty, also some fruity and malts. The taste starts sweet. There’s quite some wheat, a slight yeasty feel. Slight sourness present, but also slightly watery body. The fruity finish is nice. Not my favourite, but drinkable.

A good white-beer with a hint of hops in the taste that makes thisone special. Nothing earth shaking though. A very good white beer. Wheat and citrus, as one should be.

Troebel bier met rijke schuimkraag. Bloemig aroma. Smaken van citrus, beetje hop, lekker fris bier dat snel wegdrink. Goed voor op een warme lente/zomerdag

Cloudy, pale yellow color. Big white head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma of yeast and some plums. Somewhat hidden under the thick head. Medium body. Taste of yeast. A bit thin in taste. Could be very nice on a hot summer day.
