Brussels-07. I was not overly impressed by this wit. Pours a nice cloudy pale yellow with foamy head. Has nice spicy, yeasty aroma, but the found the beer overly sour to be great.

Aug 14, 2008 750ml bottle. Hazy golden pour, short-lived head, predominantly honey and citrus on the nose, and similar on the palate, though with slightly more yeast. Very decent white beer.

Aug 11, 2008 On tap. Hazy yellow, white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, wheat. Flavour is soft, wheat, citrus, little bit of spices, slight sourness. Very clean and dry mouthfeel. A really nice witbier.

Jul 28, 2008 Over good white beer comparable to Hoegaarden (if not slightly better). Less of a bite, smoother and enjoyable with not too much of a yeasty taste. Balanced well. But I’d rather be drinking other beers made this brewer (like their Quadrupel) than this one if I had to choose.

Jul 26, 2008 Bottle. Smell of coriander, light sour and quite yeasty. Small white creamy-foamy head, rather short duration, yellow clear body. Light sour taste, medium duration. Light to medium body, dry, lively carbonation.
