COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
4,4 % obj.alk.

Bottle as Reichenberger Kapucín. Dark chestnut brown color with thick persistent beige head. Roasted malt, coffee in aroma. Roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate in taste together with grassy hops an touch of caramel. Not sweet as tmavy can be, good.

Barva tmavá, pěna vysoká, držící. Vůně: velice příjemná kávově karamelová. Chuť: výrazný kávový nástup, škoda vodovějšího těla, středně hořké pokračování a lehký sladový dozvuk. Vůbec to není špatné.

Konrad Tmavý Ležák (Vratislav) 11° : Tan thick head, deep clear red brown body, crocheted lacings. Aroma; dark sweet malts, apples, grass. Taste; hops, grains, wort, dark caramel malts, chocolate notes, and finishes to the chocolate side, Slicky on palate. Overall okay, and plus for tasteable hops in a dark beer. A low and dense lightly tanned head, on a reddish-brown body with good clarity. Light metallic, dry peppery caramel nose. Dry and crisp on the palate. Well-bodied for 4.4%. Taste light sourish caramel malts, yet fresh with pepper and dark bread tones. Discreetly hopped. Finishes dry with roasty endnotes. A quencing Tmavý. Bottle from Bernie’s, Shirley. Decent Dunkel. Chocolatey. Thin bodied. Like a choc coated cigar, which you then eat. Instead of smoking. Good Lager alternative. Better than a lot of Dunkels.

Dark body with ruby againts the light, creamy tan medium head. Aroma is light malty, bits of caramel, light but clean. Taste is high caramel roasty sweetness, medium to high earthy bitterness. Body is light, medium carbonation.
