Old tasting notes. Purchased in Crawford Bay, BC, Canada. Nose is dull with mild hops and yeast. Taste is hoppy and crisp with wheat and dry grass and a touch of cinammon. 7/10. --- I remember sitting on the balcony of a cottage on Kootenay lake when I tested this. It must have been around...oh....1999 maybe? My notes have no date.

This is nothing like a Northwest IPA. It’s malt balanced, and too sweet. More hops please.

Has an appley, berryish yeasty note over a caramelly malt backdrop.
