3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Straw yellow in color... Aroma is lightly malty... Flavor is slightly citrusy, hints of strawberry... Not bad, a lot better and more drinkable than the ratings would indicate...

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle @ Dusty’s, Creekside.
Clear light brown, almost no head. Big malts up front with very fizzy and artificial finish. Reminds me of an African beer, which isn’t good...

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Lager yellow, no head. Light caramel malty nose, light malt taste with a trace of hop. Fizzy and easy to drink, inoffensive. Lagerboy friendly.
Green is good, blue is better!

Bottled in Kimberley, BC. Clear pale yellow, no head. Light citrus aroma. Dryish and clean - almost crisp. Sligh dusty citrus flavour, fairly light body. Low bitterness. The palest amber ale in existance?

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This has actually been one of my more consistent favorite basic ales for some time. Its nothing great but always palateble bringing crisp fresh hops and a smooth finish. Its crafted very consistently.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Haad at the Columbia Brewery. If you are ever going through Creston, you need to stop. Tours are 2 bucks canadian. A pretty plain amber ale. Lacking a unique personalioty, this beers taste comes from mostly grainy malts and hints of light fruits. Appearance is average, and no aftertaste. Overall, a pretty good beer. Remarkably close to Columbia brewerys Kokanee gold.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(Can) Purchased at the BCLS in Sooke. Pours a thin, white foamy head with a clear gold body. Nose of straw. Flavour is mildly corn with a grainy maltedness. Finishes somewhat tonic. Average.
