Bottle from Tesco. Low carbonation, verging on flat! Good golden colour but has quite a haze, points lost for that. I couldn’t put my finger on the taste until I read an earlier rate which mentioned apple pie, thats it! I wonder what apples are used, are they cider apples or just anything that’s to hand? Ok stuff I suppose!

Appearance: Clear golden, straw slightly green colour with bubbly white head on the pour. Aroma: Tangy apple, hard boiled sweets, note of pear drop. Taste: Low acidity, low tannin and medium sweetness. Palate: Thin slightly grainy texture, light body, average carbonation, abrupt tangy, boiled sweet, sherberty, toffee finish. Comments: Ok, reminds me of a cross between hard boiled sweets and a soft drink. Refreshing and not as bad as I thought it would be.

500ml bottle. Clear golden yellow colour, thin foam white head and aroma of syrupy apple, fruity. Sweet sugary apple taste, abit artificial, with slight tartness. Fizzy mouthfeel, light bodied, high carbonation, residual sweetness in the finish.

Can. Appearance: super light yellow straw. Aroma: mild apple, almost synthetic with a little chlorine???? Flavour: sweet, almost like an apple chew with a short sharp synthetic apple finish. Meh.

Yellow. Bubbles fast gone. Smells good and fresh. Taste like apples. Good balance. Not very broad. Easy drinking. Better than the sweeter ones from Kopparberg.

Can. Weak aroma of green apple and some apple jam. Watery taste. Slightly less sweet than the average norm for these canned sweet "cider" drinks. However, this doesn’t make it okay. Taste only has a tiny bit of apple sourness. Mostly too watery. Empty finish.
