One dimensional AIPA with strong grapefruit bitterness. In fact 21 kinds of hops (which have been used) didn’t give any extra aromas other than citrus. It is a pity that Sęp (Vulture) has some defects - in taste we can find a butterscotch and butter.

Last bottle at Hosue of beer, great IPA, hoppy aromas, light body easy to drink. Not the best IPA I have tried but very good.

Bottle. Aroma of esters and diacetyl, effectively combining into strawberry buttermilk. Only then some citrusy and peachy hops make their way to the nose. The taste seems to have some nice malty base that is immediately thrashed by a relentless wave of not exactly pleasant, sharp bitterness. Not much in the flavour department going on, this beer is only very bitter. 21 different US-hops and they came up with something one-dimensional like that...

SMAK: Mieszanka 21 ameryka?skich chmieli da?a owocowo-?ywiczny posmak (truskawki). Wyczuwalny do?? wyra?ny diacetyl. Piana drobna, du?a i ?adnie utrzymuje si? prawie do samego ko?ca. Oczekiwa?em piwa wyj?tkowego, a takim raczej S?p nie jest :-( Jednowymiarowy, poza pot??n? goryczk? i delikatnymi owocami trudno co? wyczu?. No mo?e jeszcze poza lekkim diacetylem.

Quite good as for AIPA beer from Poland but Rowing Jack from AleBrowar is way better :)

Thanks to Blade86. Golden color, hazy, white head rapidly falling to foam. Medium body, low carbonation, oily texture, strong bitter finish and very overwhelming bitter aftertaste. Aroma: Very hoppy, vegetables, magno, smells a bit like forest (pine aroma), grassy. Taste: Hoppy (earthy, citrus, grassy, mango), strong bitterness.

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2013 0.33L Bottle. Thanks to Blade86. Pale golden color. Small, medium to slowly falling, white foam, lancing on glass. Medium body, a bit creamy texture, soft carbonation. Aroma: Very strong hoppy aroma. All notes of hops from new world, tropical fruits, citrus, pine, floral. Mayby very small notes of diacetyl. Taste: Dry. Hops, strong bitterness. Long bitter finish. Aftertaste is very bitter, but pleasant. Good IPA dominated by hops. My rate can be higher, but unfortunatly malty base doesn’t exist.
