thebeertourist (1696), Oslo, Norway Apr 6, 2008 Bottle. Pale yellow, cloudy and with a small head. Potent acidic fruit and spices. Sour lemony flavours with a touch of bitterness.A bit fizzy. Quite agreeable.
MartinT (4241), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jul 26, 2007 My Bottom Line:
This frail Weizen’s feeble banana esters and watery, thin body are thankfully pervaded by citrusy wheat flavors. A cleanly-brewed, soporific recipe like their 2 other beers that day.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-There is great lacing atop the very pale straw white.
-Again, this was served nearly frozen!
-The finish is dry and mineral, almost Perrier-like.
-It’s so watery, alcohol percentage must be below 4%.
On tap at the brewery restaurant.
