Bottle 500ml. Pours amber, clear, lightly sparkling, frothy head with good lacing. Aroma of caramel, licorice, raisins. Taste: honey, caramel, hint of roasted malt. Not bad, but a tad to sweet for my taste.

Dość pokaźna moc, a niezbyt wyczuwalna./// [ENG] A solid beer. High overall rating cause the beer fulfilled the expectations. For me, the aroma is a bit difficult to describe - it just smells like the beer should smell. It’s absolutely "drinkable" and it has moderate bitterness. Cerevisia Marcialis is a bit sweety, but not that sweety as another marzen from Olsztyn, so it’s good to me. It’s 6,8% alcohol is definetly acceptable and doesn’t bother.

Ash and a bit of alcohol, otherwise classic marzen notes in aroma. Bubbly head. Tea color. Rather sweetish with nice long bitter finish.

geophagus (244) - Lubin, POLAND - NOV 4, 2012
Amber color, clear, yellowish, slowly falling head. Medium body, medium carbonation, oily. Aroma: A bit sweet, malty, caramel malts, hinch of red fruits and rasins. Taste: Malty, caramel, low bitterness in short finish, light notes of alcohol. Imperial version of Marzen bier - not bad.
