COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wersja niefiltrowana Kormorana Jasnego o intensywniejszej nucie chmielowej!

Doznania jakie możemy doświadczyć dzięki najlepszym polskim chmielom wzbogaciliśmy dodając najsłynniejsze odmiany naszych sąsiadów: Żatecki pochodzący z Czech i niemiecki Tettnanger. Wszystko to składa się w niepowtarzalny aromat i smak piwa delikatnie uzupełniony subtelnym biszkoptowym posmakiem. 12.5°

Piana słaba średnio pęcherzykowa i szybko znika ale coś tam na szkle zostaje. Aromaty chmielowe, dominujące są polskie. W smaku spora goryczka lekko ściągająca, dominuje smak chmieli. Lekko mętne i słomkowe. Piwo nie jest wybitne ale jak ktoś chce poczuć polski chmiel w aromacie i gorycze to trzeba kupić.

0,5l bottle. Dark gold, opaque, not clear. Medium nad frothy head. Nice hoppy aromas of hay and meadow with malty hints as well. Bitterness is OK, light sourness is also a nice touch. It tastes like a late summer and it’s really good.

Clear golden color with big and long lasting head. Fresh aroma of bread, malts and saaz hops. Taste is crispy, bready with hoppy grassy background. Medium body. Pleasant, quite bitter finish. Generally, it’s something between bohemian and german pilsener. I like it!

Bottle. What a genuinely nice surprise. This beer is very well hopped and tastes like a German pils with a Bohemian body. I didn’t get any yeasty notes - the haziness is only light, so I shouldn’t wonder. Malty, sugary, strawy base topped with different kinds of hops - grassy, grassy-lemony and I even got some shy Saaz notes. Rather crisp, despite the medium body. Quite bitter. A gem among Polish pale lagers.

Aroma: mostly grain, also some earh, basement, grass. Golden, hazy, rocky head, good lacing. Medium bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice beer, tastes like a true German Kellerbier. Probably the best Kellerbier in Poland so far.

Bottle. Pours very slightly hazy golden with airy white head. Cæear aroma of yeast, grain and hops. Bitter flavour of hops with sourish, grainy notes and a sweetish touch of yeast. Rough, mildly bitter aftertaste. An acceptable Zwickel, definitely.
