COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pozostał wielokwiat - z ciemnym współgrał idealnie: lekka słodycz miodu i kawowo-czekoladowe nuty z ciemnych słodów. Dostawca miodu mieszka i zbiera miód na Warmii. Tradycje pszczelarskie w jego rodzinie sięgają roku 1925.

Bottle. A clear, dark amber beer topped by a small, light beige head. Rather malty aroma, with a solid dose of honey and herbs. The flavor has a pleasant bitterness, but I’m not sure it goes well with the honey and herbs. Some notes of dried fruits blends in. It’s quite sweet. Full to medium body, low on carbonation. Certainly not a favorite, although a small glass is fine. Don’t think I could finish a whole bottle. 130205

0.5 bottle. Very strong aroma of honey, wet wood and chocolate are also distinct with some small hint of dark bread alongside. Aroma and a tumbler glass combined give a singular sensation of a bee cube. Clear dark brown color with an average, slightly brownish head of very good retention. Taste is immensely sweet the only other feature is some minute bitterness which makes it a bit more drinkable. Personally I think palate is bad in this case. Body is somewhere between light and medium, texture is mostly thin only slightly sticky, carbonation is soft that’s a good point however finish is relatively short and light. This particular palate adds some freshness to the beer yet it completely does not suit the heavy sweetness and honey aroma that indicate a more concrete and thicker consistency not the watery thing present here. All in all this one is a fine beer and may be loved for its simplicity and straightforwardness in taste however personally I expected an apt thickness and finish which this one seemingly wants to make up for with drinkability.
