COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American IPA – the first association that appears when hearing AIPA is a rich nose of aromas. AIPA bewilders you with hop aromas of citrus origin, flowers, pine forest or tropical fruit. The beer is of copper to amber hue with orange flickering. Due to dry hopping it may be a bit hazy. The beer is covered with a firm, small bubble , thick head. In the flavor similarly to the aroma we find all the awesome accents of the used hops. The distinct and pronounced bitterness and hoppyness is balanced with a malty base backbone. Despite the presence of the malty side the beer is neither caramel dull nor thick and heavy. The hoppy aftertaste should not be acute, but inviting to taking another sip. To sum up we can state that the beer is remarkably drinkable and it makes the most out of American hop varieties.

Ingredients: water, barley malts, wheat malt, hops: Cascade, Chinook, Citra, Centennial, Mosaic, Amarillo, yeast. Hopped seven times. During mashing, added to the primary fermentation wort, 4 times to the brewing cauldron, dry hopping. IBU: 85. Brewing method: traditional, top fermentation, non-filtered, pasteurized, Beer style : AIPA, alc. 6.0% vol., hue: amber, clarity: hazy, shelf life 2.5 month.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks tomer. Dark amber, white head. Very hoppy and peach aroma, very fruity and citrusy taste. Medium body, big fruity finish.

Bottle 500 ml. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits (mango), some floral notes; very dense and pleasant. The taste is quite strong like the aroma, with high bitterness. Adequate carbonation, some citrus/grapefruit aftertaste, lasts a long time.

Very good & dense pale cream head, leaving textbook lace over metallic copper-amber beer, lazily carbonated. Rainwater, C-hops, citrus, starfruit, many fruit esters. The dry hop(bales) arrive only after some time, the thick head hampering. Dry-bitter(ish), woody, dry banana, hint at caramel. Bit metallic flavour. Feels rather watery, not much malt beefing, nor much carbonation. Polish, rather than American IPA, I’m afraid. Thanks to Aga!

Appears as a dark golden/amber slightly hazy beer with an ivory head. Sweet caramelt and malty aroma, with floral and fruity notes too. Taste follow, a nice bitterness, not too low, not too high, balanced by the caramel/slightly sweet profile. Hops deliver an grapefruit/tangerine/citrus like taste typical of american IPA. The most impressive part of this beer is the way it hides its 6% ABV with loads of body and character.

Piwo koloru bursztynowego, w piwie pływają jakieś drobiny, prawdopodobnie pozostałości po chmieleniu na zimno. Piana obfita średnio i drobno pęcherzykowa, średnio trwała. W aromacie czuć wyraźnie grejpfruty i żywice. Goryczka na wysokim poziomie, dość długa. Posmak grejpfrutowy. Całkiem solidne AIPA.

At a tasting, creamy bubbly head, hazy quite deep orange color, aroma of fruit and orange blossom with some grains, flavor of very ripe fruit, candy and hay, some diacetyl, medium Herbal slightly brutal bitterness, Fair and drinklable, but not too exciting.

Good IPA. Nice Aroma of pine, grapefruit, mango and malt. A bit tiring in drinking. As for me lacking freshness and there is a bit too long lasting vegetal bitter aftertaste.
