American IPA – the first association that appears when hearing AIPA is a rich nose of aromas. AIPA bewilders you with hop aromas of citrus origin, flowers, pine forest or tropical fruit. The beer is of copper to amber hue with orange flickering. Due to dry hopping it may be a bit hazy. The beer is covered with a firm, small bubble , thick head. In the flavor similarly to the aroma we find all the awesome accents of the used hops. The distinct and pronounced bitterness and hoppyness is balanced with a malty base backbone. Despite the presence of the malty side the beer is neither caramel dull nor thick and heavy. The hoppy aftertaste should not be acute, but inviting to taking another sip. To sum up we can state that the beer is remarkably drinkable and it makes the most out of American hop varieties.

Ingredients: water, barley malts, wheat malt, hops: Cascade, Chinook, Citra, Centennial, Mosaic, Amarillo, yeast. Hopped seven times. During mashing, added to the primary fermentation wort, 4 times to the brewing cauldron, dry hopping. IBU: 85. Brewing method: traditional, top fermentation, non-filtered, pasteurized, Beer style : AIPA, alc. 6.0% vol., hue: amber, clarity: hazy, shelf life 2.5 month.

Very dark amber. Caramel, sweet tropical fruits in aroma. Not intensive. In taste rather sweet, a lot of caramel. No biterness. Could be better

50cl bottle. Semi-hazy orange pour with a thin white head. Notes of honey, orange zest, pine resin, unripe mango, passion fruit and burnt caramel. Medium to full bodied, low carbonation and a sticky bitter-sweet aftertaste.

Clear orange color with foam layer. Old hoppy nose. Creamy mouth feeling with a light hoppy bitterness with a sweet finish. Sweet and light bitter aftertaste with little dryness and without tartness.

Hazy brown with little white head. Aroma is pine cone, a little apple, not very complex. Taste is medium bitterness, medium sweetness, medium sourness. Average I would say, nothing new here. Hoppy finish, overall ok.

Bottle. Amber-orange color with white head. Aroma is butterscotch, fudge, caramel, grassy hops. Taste is a bit off, more butterscotch and fudge, grassy. Low carbonation. Not excellent, the hops are a bit too old.

(bottle) hazy deep amber colour with a frothy beige head. aroma of herbal hops and caramelized malts, quite resinous, with a hint of raisins, some black pepper and yeast. flavour is mostly the same, lots of yeast, some cherry stones and roasted malts, with a touch of dust and a semi-bitter finish. medium- to heavy-bodied with soft carbonation.

Kolor bursztynowy.
