Good for the price. Depending on when i drink it, different flavors come out. Very rich. Still could be more balanced.

Pours a cloudy dark amber with thin foam film. A nose of bread dough. Complex taste slightly fruity and herbal with just a hint of sweetness.

Batch #10, Creamy head, quickly disappearing, beer has a brown color, cloudy. High carbonation, bitterness is very low (as it should be in that style). Aroma is very complex, bananas on first place, some plum sweetness, alcohol is noticeable, but not annoying. Taste, is very soft, very drinkable, sweetness with sour finish from malts. Aftertaste, alcohol warms up a throat, which is OK, some fruit notes stays too. All in all its a good beer, (but sweetness could be lower).

Bottle. Big head, brown, hazy. Aroma: Banana, sweet malt, some clove, alcohol. Taste: dry, very low sourness, low bitterness. Flavor of bread, cake, some chocolate. Full body, oily, good for long sipping after a cold day. Like it very much!

Aroma: wheat, vanilla, dairy, light sour. Appearance: slightly hazy dark brown, creamy beige medium head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: light sour coming up, vanilla, milk / yoghurt, light bitter in the relatively short finish. Overall: OK Weizenbock, not my favourite, the milk/yoghurt notes are slightly weird. Bottle from Independent Spirit, Bath.

Kolor ciemnego, gryczanego miodu, mętne, z drobną i gęstą pianą, choć niewysoką. Pachnie przyjemnie pszenicznie, goździkiem, przyprawami, oraz słodem. Smakuje lekko słodko, rwnież pszenicznie, treściwie, z nutami owocowymi i przyprawowymi. Jest bardzo gładkie w smaku, zostawia też przyjemny słodki posmak, kojarzący się trochę z jakimś ciemnym ciastem. Pijalne i ciekawe piwo.

Bottle. Brown body, little foam. Herbal aroma. Taste was little bit spicy, with malty notes, something like hops also, oily. Medium bitter finish.

The aroma is mostly ripe fruits and caramel; some wheat, herbs and banana, too. The colour is very dark orange or brown with a bit of orange; the head is medium and reduced to a ring relatively quickly. Tastes mildly sweet and marginally sour. Medium body, feels spicy and a little creamy, the carbonation is low. A pleasant beer; not mindblowing but definitely nice.
