Bottle. Pours clear ruby amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt with dried fruit and notes of caramel. Creamy mouthfeel. Sweetish, malty taste with caramel notes and a hoppy finish. Dryish aftertaste. Quie decent.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish. Sweet, light estery and roasted malty flavoured. Bitter and light caramelish.

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich wheat malt, fruits, nuts, honey and hops.

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn. Clear dark amber with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, wheaty and honey. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 300513

Bottle, 6.6%. Faint vinous aroma, too roasted. Almost clear brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is quite roasted and slightly creamy. Vinous with some yeast. Not as strong as other Weizenbocks, but flavourful.

Bottle. More bock than weizen. Apples, plums and raisins on a solid layer of malt with notes of caramel, chocolate and nuts. Subtle hints of clove remind of the actual style of this beer. Light sweet taste, rather full body, flavourful and balanced beer. Chocolate malty upfront, changing into nutty notes in the finish; fruity all the way through. Very good!

Almost no aroma. Little head with no lacing. Flavour mostly malty with a little bit of wheat and yeast. Moderate finish duration.

Bootle. Aroma dominated by fruity flavours. No hops aroma or very little. Appearance: brown and hazy like dunkelweizen. Tan, not too big head. Medium sweetness and bitterness. I expected more malt tastes and more sweetness like in classic bock. I consider that carbonation too high.
