0,5L bottle, BB 23.11.2014. Pours black with tan head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is roast, fruits, coffee. Flavor is sweet, roast, dark chocolate, fruits, apples, malt, slight alcohol, some smoky notes. Overall: great brew, very easy to drink.

Bottle in the Lama Café, Gdansk. Pours deep brown with a thin tan head that fades to almost nothing. A nice sticky sweet start with a little spice goves way to a good coffee and liquorice finish. Good beer.

Very dark brown color & clear with small, beige head (which is only flaw about this beer when it comes to its appearance) and poor lacing. Very rich and complex aroma. There are chocolate, malts, loads of dried plums & raisins, some woody and smoked notes and a pleasant hint of alcohol. Taste has mostly the same notes also it’s very well balanced. Carbonation is just perfect. Mouthfeel is really velvety. Despite high abv and complex aroma and taste it’s quite drinkable. Great baltic porter.

Es una cerveza de color negra con destellos de rubí con una buena espuma de color beige. Aroma de malta tostada, caramelos, frutos secos y pasas. El sabor es como el aroma, toque de alcohol. Amargor medio y notable. Muy buena cerveza Porter.

Not bad. Coffee, malts, slightly bitter, Despite 9% ABV it’s drinkable. I’ve had better, but definitely there’s nothing wrong with this porter.

Aromat nic do zarzucenia slodowe karmelowe, delikatne cherry, tak samo w smaku plus suszone sliwki. Posmak goryczka alkoholowa, mogloby byc jej nieco mniej. Ogolne wrazenie pozytywne.

Aroma: a lot of hops and malts, some caramel, many chocolate hints, bread, smoked scents, a little bit of plum or wine-like things. Appearance: black-brown with short but very long lasting head with lacing. 90% opaque. Taste: Sweet with some light to medium bitterness Palate: Full body, thick texture, low carbonated with pleasant bitterness in the finish. Warm in throat. A little bit astringent, almost insensible. Amazing beer. One of the best I ever drank.

Smak zaskakująco płytki i "ubogi w smak". Leciutka kawopaloność, wysycenie średnie, w smaku alkohol nie jest wyczuwalny, ale czuć delikatne rozgrzewanie po wypiciu. Mam wrażenie że piję wodę z jakimś posmakiem, a nie porter.

Bottle (date 5.08.2014). Pours very dark brown, clear with some ruby reflexes. Beige, quite stable head that leaves some lacing. Nice complex aroma, you can find there some chocolate, dried plums, raisins, roasted malts an subtle note of some good alcohol. In taste some dried fruits, liquor, slightly roasted, light sweetness. Alcohol warming in the throat. Thick feel. soft carbonation.
