Very dark brown with beige, long-lasting, awesome head. Chocolate, light coffee, bread crust, plum, dark fruits. A bit of caramel, dark bread and hazelnut. Some roastiness in flavor. High body. Medium bitterness. Low to medium alcohol warming. Smooth on palate. Great, very rich and interesting baltic porter.

50cl bottle. Dark brown with small tanned head. NOSE : chocolate cake, roasted bread, toffee, coffee with milk, nuts, mountain honey. SIP : thick and oily with delicate carbonation. Itís a sweet beer but further on the flavors of roasted malts and hops put the beer into the right balance. Meantime I notice flavors of dried raisins, plums and some pear. The ending is booze, toffee, mud and some resin. OVERALL : Itís a tasty beer but still a bit too sweet for me. It does the justice for this style and I will surely enjoy this beer some other time.

Bottle 500ml. Color is black, rocky tan head. Aroma: butterscotch, toffee, hops.Taste: sweet-bitter-sour, roasted malts, charcoal, grass, chocolate, plum. Chili warm finish. It is an interesting beer and shows a lot of potential but I find it too unbalanced and too sour. It needs some work.

Pours nicely, forms pretty good, light-brownish head. Aroma feels coffee-like, sweetened with caramel and then summed up to feel like a bar of dark, bitter chocolate. Itís just so great. Some liquorish hints can be distinguished as the beer warms up. Head reduces to small pillow of dense foam, which stays there almost untill the end of consumption. Purely black with reddish hints on the sides. Complex taste, first sip feels like sweet coffee, then it becomes more bitter to feel like roasted espresso until it reaches lightly sour finish. Medium-full body, doesnít feel too sticky in mouth, but you can tell itís dense. Lightly carbonated. Enjoyed in House of Beer, Cracow.

What a great porter. Very strong, very intensive for very advanced drinkers. Deep dark color with beautiful dense brown head. Soft carbonation. Medium/sweet body, sweet in taste. Aroma is dark fruits, chocolate, coffee, reminds me a chocolate with chilli a little bit. It warms you up but the alcohol is very well masked by multilayer, complex taste. The finish is sour but pleasant. Overal experience is - I am proud this is brewed in Poland. Iím going to buy at least few of these for aging.

Bottle 0,5l Expire date: 03.05.2014 Dark brown, dark ruby color. Huge creamy, pale brown foam. Aroma: roasted malts, raisins, dried fruits (plums), caramel, cherry liqueur, some porto wine. Love this smell. Taste: balance between sweet and bitter. Roasted malts, cherry, dark chocolate, raisins, dried fruits, coffee and chocolate liqueur. Long warming finish. Full body with a thick texture. For me one of the greatest Polish Baltic Porter.

Bottle. Dark brown color, not entirely black however. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and cherries. The beer is quite carbonated, almost fizzy, and it dominates the taste. Itís not very complicated but ainít bad too. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to check the book definition of baltic porter.
