UPDATED: SEP 21, 2011 Bottle. Aroma of malt, hay and fruit (apples, pears), soft palate, full but gentle taste, devoid of the sharpness of rye, feels akin to a hefeweizen but not spicy and fruity in a different way. Maybe it could also be compared to a more fruity zwickel. Very interesting and very good. RERATE 21.09.2011: It has become a bit disappointing - the massive selection of grains does not really feel, the taste is dominated by wheat and barley. Plus, in spite of the lack of filtration and the amount of different grains used the beer feels a tad watery. It’s still quite good though.

Didn’t quite finish this beer, but I would have if I was thirstier. A strange concoction this is - kind of tastes like a lager, but also tastes like a weizen at times, yet not. It was initially pretty light and airy and wheaty but as it warms it is sticky in the mouth and kind of acrid tasting. The aroma is still pretty nice though, fresh oat flake and wheat. There were little bits of floaties too in the beer. This is a good experiment and I will try again (because I drank my wife’s bottle and she hates that). I guess I began to not like the palate a bit. . Dated July, 2010, consumed in Sept.

Very good regional Polish beer. Marked as "Special" or "Unique" in leaflet. Pasteurised, non-filtered. Rich malt aroma that can be compared to freshly-baked bred. Thick froth lasts to the very end. Nice saturation (very pleasant tongue sensations). Rich taste lasts long after I finished my bottle. A litle bit of bitterness cames after bread-like first taste. Golden liquid is a litle bit cloudy. I recommend this beer as an alternative to all the well-known Polish brands. Sorry for my poor English :-)

Marketed as the first Polish multigrain beer. Small, albeit thick and lasting head, pleasant grainy aroma. Not much complexity in tate, but grainy notes in finish are nice. Absolutely no bitterness, quite smooth.
